The public will have the opportunity to comment on the management of American alligators in North Carolina during three public forums hosted by the North Carolina Wildlife Resources Commission and North Carolina Alligator Task Force.
The 15-member task force, made up of private citizens, commission staff and scientists, will take the public input into account as the develop an alligator management plan, which will not change alligator hunting regulations.
