EMERALD ISLE — The Carteret County Beach Commission when it meets later this month is expected to hear results of the latest beach survey.
Nicole Vanderbeke with consulting firm Moffatt and Nichol is to present a report on the “state of the beach” during the meeting set for 2 p.m. Sept. 23 in the town board room.
