Dare County and Current TV released Monday the short film, “The Hatteras Village Pathway Project,” highlighting the new, 3.1-mile multi-use pathway under construction through Hatteras Village.
When the pathway is completed later this summer, it will provide pedestrians and bicyclists with a safe route to travel through this historic maritime village on the southern tip of Hatteras Island, according to officials.
