Beaufort Mayor Rett Newton and Business Alliance for Protecting the Atlantic Coast President Tom Kies, who also serves as president of the Carteret County Chamber of Commerce based in Morehead City, will join a Biden administration adviser to Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, Rep. Mike Levin, D-Calif., and Sen. Ed Markey, D-Mass., on the webinar.
