WASHINGTON – The Trump administration has ordered the Environmental Protection Agency to suspend all grant awards and contracts, the Washington Post reported.
The EPA awards more than $4 billion yearly in grants and assistance. The suspension goes beyond freezes ordered by previous incoming presidents.
