Photographer Gladys Buzzell captured this image during a sunset drive through Beaufort on a cold and windy winter evening.

“We stopped in front of the Watercraft Center and I proceeded to put on jacket, hat and even gloves. Yes, it was that cold out! I decided that the dock behind the Watercraft Center would be a good vantage point. As the sun slowly sank, this sailboat silently slipped past me – probably heading for a warmer climate,” Gladys said in her submission.
