DURHAM — A group of graduate students at Duke University’s Nicholas School of the Environment are conducting a survey to gauge coastal N.C. residents’ perceptions of wind-energy development, both land-based and offshore.
Survey results be used in a project for a Duke class, and the anonymous data will also be passed along to the Southeastern Wind Coalition, a nonprofit organization interested in public perceptions of wind-energy development.
